Custom aluminum profile extrusion molding – no standard shape needed? We can customize the molds. You have unique cross-sectional designs: for example, heat sinks with tightly packed fins, asymmetrical rails for linear guides, special hollow profiles for battery casings, and more. Ordinary aluminum profiles cannot meet your needs.

Our services begin with the production of non-standard molds—we handle the design, fabrication, heat treatment, and testing of extrusion dies, and then process your profiles using our 600-1800 ton presses. From mold production to cutting, we manage every step.

We will not force your design onto existing mold cavities. Each mold is custom-made.

Choose materials that suit your application scenario:

• 6063 is used for decorative purposes, with anodized finish, resulting in a smooth surface. It is rated for T5/T6.
• 6061 structural material, high strength, good processing performance T6
• We can provide quality certificates and can perform tensile and hardness tests upon request.

After the extrusion process is completed, we can independently complete all subsequent processes:

Surface treatments: milling, anodizing (transparent, black, multi-color), powder coating, sandblasting, wood grain transfer, electrophoretic coating, brushing.

The molds are manufactured using vacuum heat treatment technology, with a production cycle of generally 10 to 15 days; for complex hollow molds, it takes 18 to 25 days. The extrusion molding process for the first batch of samples is carried out after the mold is made and the factory order schedule is confirmed.

ISO 9001 certified. Digital calipers, measuring axes, and coordinate measuring machines are used for dimensional inspection during production. Compliant with AAMA standards.
