One-stop surface treatment and processing

Mold design → Extrusion molding → Straightening → Aging furnace → Surface treatment: anodizing, powder coating, PVDF coating, wood veneer, electrophoresis, polishing, wire drawing, sandblasting → Protective film, shrink film, kraft paper, cartons (multiple packaging options), pallets, shelves. We have multiple quality control personnel who conduct mechanical property and coating adhesion tests at each stage of production.

We have our own mold manufacturing workshop with over 10,000 existing molds, saving you the cost of making new molds; new molds can be completed in 7-15 days; the production cycle is 15-25 days; and product quality data is provided to guarantee the quality of each batch of aluminum before it leaves the factory.
