In the fields of high-end architecture and upscale home decoration, doors and windows have long transcended their basic function of "wind and rain protection," becoming core elements that determine the spatial atmosphere, energy consumption levels, and living comfort. However, for a long time, there has been a natural gap between traditional doors and windows and later-installed exposed screens—protruding screen frames disrupt the lines of the building's appearance, low-quality screens are prone to corrosion and damage, not to mention the tedious cleaning and disassembly process.
The advent of integrated aluminum profiles precisely addresses a pain point in the industry. Through a revolutionary profile design, it integrates high-strength screen tracks with the main window frame, allowing the glass sash and screen to share the same outer frame and plane. After installation, from the outside, the facade is smooth and clean with flowing lines; from the inside, the view is open and transparent, while the screen is cleverly concealed. This is not only a technological advancement but also an aesthetic leap for window and door systems, moving from "functional additions" to "integration."
The profiles are cast from 6063-T5 ultra-high precision aluminum ingots that meet national standards, and the use of scrap aluminum is strictly prohibited. The thickness of the main profiles strictly complies with national standards. This gives the profiles extremely strong wind resistance—even when facing the wind and rain of coastal areas, the window frames remain as solid as a rock.
More importantly, it employs a multi-chamber thermal bridge structure. We embed PA66 nylon thermal insulation strips (instead of cheap PVC strips) within the profile cavities, effectively blocking the path of heat conduction through the metal. Combined with honeycomb reinforcing ribs within the cavities, this not only reduces the thermal conductivity of the profile itself but also further enhances the bending strength of the frame. In short: in summer, it prevents outdoor heat from entering the room; in winter, it prevents indoor heat loss. This allows your air conditioner to operate more efficiently, making your indoor life more comfortable.
The choice of mesh directly determines the quality of the user experience. Its rust resistance is improved several times over, and it remains as bright as new even after ten years of use in the high salt spray environment of the sea. The high-density, fine weaving process ensures that even the smallest flying insects and midges cannot penetrate, making it especially suitable for the mosquito-infested seasons in the south.
The brilliance of this integrated, embedded design lies in the fact that the mesh track is completely hidden within the window frame material, with no protrusions or exposed connectors visible from the outside. The mesh itself is made of metal wire and has a high light transmittance.
Sealing performance is the gold standard for evaluating the quality of doors and windows. Our integrated window screen system adopts a five-stage waterproof structure, gradually reducing the pressure of rainwater seeping into the interior from the outside. Combined with a concealed drainage design, it achieves the physical drainage principle of "water flows downwards, wind flows upwards".
All sealing strips are made of EPDM rubber produced using a ternary copolymerization process, exhibiting excellent resistance to aging, ozone, and low temperatures. The three sealing strips are continuously wound and closed, working in conjunction with a multi-point locking hardware system to ensure the entire window frame is evenly locked when the window sash is closed, minimizing air leakage between the window frame and sash.
