Custom Non-Standard Aluminum Extrusion Profiles
Non-standard aluminum profiles are custom-made aluminum profiles based on specific functional, structural, and aesthetic requirements. These standard prefabricated profiles cannot meet these needs. Unlike ordinary profiles, our custom profiles are produced according to your CAD drawings, giving you complete control over the geometry, dimensional accuracy, and material properties of the cross-section.

Why choose our custom aluminum extrusion service?
From simple solid profiles to complex multi-unit designs (including internal cavities), we can extrude aluminum components of virtually any cross-sectional shape. Whether it's structural frames for automated equipment, heat sink profiles for power electronic devices, or battery housing assemblies, we can provide them all.
We strictly control dimensions, with tolerances conforming to ISO standards at ±0.5 mm. All profiles are manufactured using high-purity aluminum ingots (aluminum content ≥98%) and undergo rigorous quality control during extrusion and heat treatment.
The design cost of custom extrusion dies typically depends on the complexity of the product. Custom aluminum extrusion technology is one of the most cost-effective manufacturing methods for medium to high volume production. Die development cycle: 1 to 2 weeks. After die completion, extruded sample profiles are typically shipped within 2 to 4 weeks.
You can choose from standard alloys 6063-T5/T6, 6061-T6, and 6082 to meet specific application requirements. Surface treatment options include anodizing, powder coating (matching RAL/Pantone color charts), electrophoresis, and custom colors.
Industrial Automation and Robotics – Shelving, Safety Devices, Conveying Systems, T-Slots
Power electronics and LED lighting – heat sinks, inverter housings, LED profile frames
Architecture and Infrastructure – Exhibition Facades, Window and Door Systems, Photovoltaic Mounting Systems
Our Process
Design review – Submit CAD drawings (STEP/DWG/PDF format). Our engineering team will review their feasibility and provide DFM (Design for Manufacturing) recommendations to optimize cost and performance.
Die making – Custom extrusion dies are manufactured in-house (takes 1 to 2 weeks). Where applicable, we can also use existing dies for machining.
Sample Production - Producing sample extruded parts prior to mass production for your validation efforts.
Surface treatment and subsequent processes—anodizing, powder coating, CNC machining, drilling, tapping, bending (depending on specific requirements).
Quality inspection and packaging – comprehensive inspection according to standards. Customized packaging (boxes, wooden crates) is available to meet export requirements.
Global shipping – supports FOB terms.

Why choose to partner with us?
Integrated production—from alloy sourcing, extrusion molding, CNC machining, surface treatment to packaging—all processes are completed in the same factory—which can shorten delivery times compared to a fragmented supply chain.
Professional engineering support – Our team will work directly with your engineers during the design phase to streamline product design outlines, select cost-effective tolerance standards, and avoid unnecessary secondary processing procedures.
