Many buyers fall into the trap of "black aluminum profiles": in reality, these are simply ordinary aluminum profiles sprayed with a layer of black paint. After a period of use, scratches and discoloration will appear, the paint will peel off, and it may even rust in damp or chemical-containing workshops (the aluminum alloy itself will not rust, but the areas where the paint has peeled off are easily contaminated). Our profiles use a true anodizing process: the aluminum profile is placed as the anode in an electrolyte, and a dense, transparent aluminum oxide film is grown in situ on its surface by applying an electric current. At the same time, the black pigment is firmly adsorbed into the pores of the oxide film. This oxide film is integrated with the substrate, making it scratch-resistant, salt spray-resistant, and resistant to long-term UV exposure. It will not fade even when used outdoors for a certain period of time.

We select high-purity 6063 aluminum alloy ingots and perform T5 heat treatment and aging to ensure extremely high tensile strength. This means that even lightweight profiles of 40×40mm can safely withstand static loads of several hundred kilograms (the specific load-bearing capacity depends on the structural design). More importantly, our extrusion dies and cooling processes guarantee relative dimensional accuracy. This ensures that when multiple profiles are connected, the sliders, nuts, and brackets can be precisely aligned without jamming or loosening.

All profiles are equipped with 8mm wide T-slots (suitable for 4040 and 4080 series; 6mm slot for 2020 series), compatible with over 95% of industrial aluminum profile accessories on the market, including: sliding nuts, spring nuts, embedded nuts, right-angle brackets, corner brackets, hinge connectors, anchor brackets, door hinges, cable tray covers, etc. No welding, drilling, or tapping is required; with just an Allen wrench, you can assemble various structures, from micro-robot chassis to large industrial protective fences, just like building blocks

After sandblasting pretreatment, the surface is anodized to create a fine and uniform matte finish. This surface not only effectively reduces glare under strong workshop lighting but also resists fingerprints and oil stains. Even if stained, it can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth.
