Anodized Aluminum Window Frame Profiles
Anodized aluminum is a trusted material for architects when window frames need to withstand harsh environments such as monsoon rains, desert heat, or frozen coastlines. Our anodized aluminum window frame profiles are made from Grade A 6063 aluminum rods, extruded using a 600-1800 ton press to create a dense, uniform granular structure. After straightening and T5/T6 aging treatment, the profiles are placed in an anodizing bath to form an oxide layer 10-25 micrometers thick, which is tightly bonded to the metal itself. Because this oxide film is grown using an electrochemical method rather than a spraying process, there will be no peeling, flaking, or blistering; even deep scratches will reveal the same color underneath.
We use Grade A 6063 aluminum alloy rods. This premium alloy, combined with a hardened anodizing process, gives our window frame profiles excellent scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance, ensuring your installation remains in perfect condition for years to come.
