Anodized Aluminum Curtain Wall Profiles
When constructing modern high-rise buildings, the exterior facade of the structure must be able to withstand harsh weather conditions while also presenting a fashionable and professional appearance. Poor-quality curtain wall profiles may lead to corrosion, color fading, structural misalignment, and require high rework costs.
Our anodized aluminum cladding profiles have been meticulously designed to address these challenges. These profiles are made of high-quality 6063 aluminum alloy (with T5 or T6 hardness grades) and are suitable for use in curtain wall systems, achieving the optimal balance between strength, corrosion resistance, and design flexibility.
Excellent corrosion resistance. The anodizing process forms a protective oxide layer, which can resist ultraviolet damage, salt spray erosion, and chemical attacks. The anodized film thickness of our profiles provides stronger protection for coastal or high-humidity environments.
Lightweight yet sturdy. Our aluminum curtain wall profiles have tensile strength and an extremely high strength-to-weight ratio. Compared to steel of the same weight, aluminum can reduce the weight of building materials while still maintaining a strong load-bearing capacity.

Precise extrusion achieves seamless integration. The extrusion process ensures precise tolerances and stable quality in all profiles in terms of dimensions. This enables them to seamlessly integrate into various curtain wall systems, reducing on-site adjustment time and minimizing installation errors.
It can be customized according to your project requirements. We offer comprehensive customization services: you can choose the cross-sectional shape that matches the specific architectural design, anodized colors (transparent, bronze, champagne, black, etc.), customized length, as well as processing services (cutting, drilling, stamping, milling), and a thermal break option to enhance energy efficiency.
Thermal efficiency. Our product can be combined with polyamide insulation strips, effectively reducing the heat transfer between the indoor and outdoor environments. This helps to lower the energy consumption of buildings.
Low maintenance cost and long service life. The surface treated by anodizing will not peel off or flake. Just regular cleaning is needed to maintain its appearance and performance. If the anodizing treatment is carried out correctly, the service life of aluminum profiles in outdoor applications can exceed 30 years.
