Aluminum Alloy Laboratory Bench Frame Profile - 6063-T5 Anodized, Corrosion Resistant, Suitable for Laboratory Workbenches
Designed for ever-evolving laboratories
Laboratory layouts are not static. Research priorities change, equipment is frequently replaced, and workbench configurations need to be adjusted accordingly—often without downtime for maintenance. Welded steel frames fix the layout in one place. Our aluminum laboratory workbench frame designs offer flexibility, avoiding resource waste.

Materials and Surface Treatment
These profiles are extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum, which possesses sufficient tensile and yield strength to support heavy-duty equipment, while weighing only about one-third of steel. The anodized surface is not for decorative purposes, but rather to form a dense, non-porous oxide layer that effectively resists chemical corrosion from common laboratory reagents, acids, and alkalis. Unlike painted steel, this surface will not peel or expose bare metal to corrosive environments. Unlike wood, it will not swell, deform, or release particulate matter into clean environments.
Suitable for cleanrooms
In pharmaceutical, biomedical, and precision measurement laboratories, particulate matter generation is a significant concern. Anodized aluminum profiles have a smooth, sealed surface that prevents the generation of dust or debris under normal use. Furthermore, the anodizing process provides excellent electrical insulation, a crucial safety advantage in environments with the risk of accidental grounding or electrostatic discharge.
Modular design
Each profile in our product line uses a standard T-slot construction (depending on the series). Connections are made using T-nuts, bolts, and braces, requiring no welding, special tools, or on-site machining. This means:
Initial assembly is quick and can be completed by the company's in-house technicians.
The cost of replacing the module is only about one-third of the cost of welding the frame, and the delivery cycle is also shortened.
The expansion is very flexible. Simply add shelves, side panels, or instrument brackets without dismantling the existing structure.

Custom options
Do you need profiles that match your existing framing system? We can extrude them according to your drawings, provide products cut to length as needed, or provide pre-machined connection holes. We also offer bulk pricing and profile sample services for laboratory furniture manufacturers and integrators. When inquiring, please include the required cross-sectional drawings, alloy/hardening treatment, surface finish, and expected annual production volume so we can provide you with a quote as soon as possible.
