80 Series T-Slot Aluminum Profiles

When your designs require the most robust standard T-slot frames, the 80 Series extruded aluminum profiles offer greater material utilization, more slots, and a higher section modulus, enabling you to quickly, accurately, and economically construct robust machine frames, safety railings, automated equipment housings, workbenches, and complex display structures while maintaining a lightweight design.

We use premium 6000 series aluminum alloys (such as 6063 and 6061), employing extrusion molding and T5 or T6 tempering to ensure excellent strength-to-weight ratio. The inherent corrosion resistance of aluminum, combined with our various surface treatment processes (including anodizing and powder coating), further enhances the durability and aesthetics of our products, enabling them to withstand a wide range of harsh industrial environments.

T-slot design is the essence of modular engineering. You can securely connect profiles to any location using standard T-nuts and bolts (such as M8) without welding or complex drilling and tapping.
