6063-T5 Aluminum Alloy Solar Panel Mounting Track Profile
Photovoltaic power plants are typically designed for a lifespan exceeding 25 years. As the "framework" of the entire system, the quality and durability of the supporting structure directly determine the long-term power generation efficiency and return on investment. After decades of industry validation, 6063-T5 aluminum extrusion profiles have become one of the preferred materials for photovoltaic support systems worldwide.
Our 6063-T5 aluminum profiles strictly adhere to international quality standards. Certification can be performed according to customer project requirements to ensure that the support system meets the mandatory wind and snow load structural safety requirements of markets such as Australia. The products fully comply with the ISO9001 quality management system.

After aging treatment, 6063-T5 aluminum alloy exhibits excellent tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation. Its cross-sectional design ensures sufficient load-bearing capacity while significantly reducing the overall system weight and effectively resisting wind pressure, snow load, and thermal stress.
Our photovoltaic support profiles undergo anodizing to form a dense aluminum oxide layer. No pitting or intergranular corrosion was observed after salt spray testing. Compared to the 1800-hour corrosion resistance of hot-dip galvanized steel, the aluminum alloy support system can operate stably for over 25 years, even in harsh conditions such as marine salt spray environments and highly polluted industrial areas, with virtually no maintenance costs.
Aluminum profiles of the same length weigh only about one-third of steel profiles. No large equipment such as cranes is needed on-site; only a few ordinary workers are required for transportation and positioning. Our profiles can be pre-cut, drilled, and punched according to customer drawings. On-site installation is completed simply by fastening with stainless steel bolts. Compared to traditional steel structure supports, the overall installation time is shorter and labor costs are lower.

When steel support structures come into direct contact with the aluminum frames of photovoltaic modules, the two different metals are prone to electrochemical corrosion in humid environments, leading to accelerated aging of the aluminum frames. Our 6063-T5 all-aluminum support system fundamentally solves this problem. All aluminum profiles are 100% recyclable. Choosing aluminum photovoltaic support structures helps your project gain a significant advantage in carbon emissions accounting.
